Any localized base failures are repaired before the overlay goes down so problems aren't sealed underneath the new surface.

A new hot-mix layer is placed and compacted to spec, then rolled for a smooth, uniform finish.

Many clients pair resurfacing with fresh striping and sealcoating for a complete, finished look.
